Considering the short issue involved, the matter is heard finally. 2.

The petitioner is faced with the order of transfer dated 21-3-2023. In terms of the Government Resolution dated 7-4-2021, the petitioner has made a representation dated 10-4-2023 pointing out that he would attain the age of 57 years on 25-5-2023 and would be superannuating within one year. The petitioner is also a paralytic patient and hence he seeks reconsideration of the order of transfer. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in addition to the aforesaid representation, the petitioner would file an additional representation within a period of four days from today. 3.

In view of aforesaid, the respondent No.2- Zilla Parishad, Amravati, through its Chief Executive Officer is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10-4-2023 along with the additional representation and take a decision thereon in the light of the Government Resolution dated 7-4-2021. Such decision be taken within a period of ten days of receiving the additional representation. Till the representation is decided, the order of transfer shall not be effected.
