Heard Mr. A. J. Gilda, the learned Counsel for the petitioners. That the present petition was filed by the petitioners seeking challenge to the impugned order dated 23.03.2023 passed by the respondent No.1 - Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Amravati. During the pendency of the present petition respondent No.2 - District Social Welfare Officer, Zilla Parishad, Washim has issued the communication dated 16.06.2025 thereby holding that there is no illegality in the matter and therefore, forwarded the proposal for reconsideration of the matter to the respondent No.1. 2.

In view of thereof, the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition upon instructions. Permission granted.
