The present criminal revision application is preferred for enhancement of the compensation awarded by the learned trial Court.

During the pendency of the appeal, both parties have settled their dispute amicably.

In view of that applicants who are present before the Court are seeking permission to withdraw the revision application. Applicant Nos. 1 to 3 are present before the Court and Applicant No.4 has filed her affidavit in respect of the contention raised in the settlement terms.

In view of that criminal revision application No. 77/2016 is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of.
