CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A NAIK AND KUM. INDIRA JAIN, JJ.
DATED : SEPTEMBER 01, 2016.
None for the petitioners.
By our order, dated 28.2.2006, we had observed that after the pilot project that is challenged in the instant petition gets over, the parties could move the court for disposal of the petition as infructuous with liberty to challenge the subsequent policy decision.
It is most likely that in view of the change in the policy, the matter must have been rendered infructuous and that should be the reason for non appearance of the petitioners in the court today. Considering the prayers made in the writ petition and our interim order, it is most likely that the cause for filing the writ petition is rendered infructuous Hence, we dispose of the writ petition, with no order as to costs. Rule stands discharged.
