Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a submission that because of standing crops in the field, he may be permitted to continue with the possession of the field in dispute, till 30th January, 2023 and thereafter on 31st January, 2023, he is ready to handover the possession to the successful bidder i.e. respondent no.4 as per the report of Inspector in the office of Deputy Charity SKNair

In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petition is disposed of.

Interim order dated 24th June, 2022 to continue till 30th January, 2023 and on 31st January, 2023, the petitioner without fail shall handover the possession to the successful bidder i.e. respondent no.4, as per his undertaking given to this Court.
