This an application for permission to withdraw compensation amount of Rs.20,35,099/- deposited by the appellants.

Considering peculiar facts, it would be appropriate to partly allow the application.

The applicant-respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court on usual undertaking.

The Registry is directed to pay 50% of the amount to the applicant-respondent No.1 along with interest accrued thereon as above.
