After hearing Mr. Ambatkar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. H. R. Dhumale, learned APP for the non-applicant/State for some time, when the Court was not inclined to exercise its discretion, Mr. Ambatkar, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application, with liberty to apply after the DNA report of the applicant is available on record. The request is accepted and the matter is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move again after the receipt of the DNA report.
