DATED : AUGUST 04, 2021 By this application, the applicant / respondent No.1 (original land owner) seeks modification of order dated 04th October 2019. The said applicant / respondent No.1 is seeking permission of this Court to furnish the solvent certificate of his own properties as per the documents placed on record with the present application. It is pointed out that this Court by the order dated 4th October 2019, had permitted the applicant to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in the Court, 50% on filing usual undertaking and 25% by furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. Due to the said specific direction, although the applicant could withdraw 50% of the said amount, the remaining 25% could not be withdrawn.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, this Court is of the opinion that the application deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer made therein.
