Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel for the parties agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. The petition suffers from misjoinder of causes of action, hence it is dismissed on this ground only with liberty to file separate petitions for the same relief. We further make it clear that merely because the petitioners have paid court fee, that would not cure the defect.
