DATED : 22.04.2025 The applicant filed an application for grant of permission to withdraw the Civil Application (CAO) No.1445/2024 for condonation of delay and Misc. Civil Application St. No.17949/2024 for review. Writ Petition No.3793/2024 came to be dismissed on 27.06.2024. Therefore, application for review along with application for condonation of delay bearing CAO No.1445/2024 is filed.

The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application for condonation of delay as well as review application so as to pending Special Civil Suit No.11/2024 would proceed further. As such, permission is granted to withdraw the CAO No.1445/2024 and MCA St. No. 17949/2024. Accordingly, both the applications stand dismissed.
