DATED : 8th JULY, 2015 The petitioners/applicants have approached this court for permission to withdraw the amount of Rs. 30,000/- which was deposited by them to show their bonafide. The petition is disposed of by order dated 10.4.2015.

On perusal of the order we find that petitioners were provisionally directed to deposit the amount. In that view of the matter, we allow the civil application in terms of prayer clause (1).
