2] Perused the application.

3] It is stated that the Appeal has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 25/03/2019 and respondent Nos.1 and 2/ claimants were permitted to withdraw the balance amount of compensation along with interest as per order dated 25/03/2019.

It is further stated that in the meantime, respondent No.1 Pandharinath Shamrao Ajmire died on 12/05/2021 leaving behind the applicants as his only legal representatives. That applicant No.1 is the son and applicant No.2 is the daughter of respondent

2CAF 1413.2021 No.1. Respondent No.2, who is already on record, is the wife of respondent No.1. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the application.

4] Considering the aforesaid submissions, the application is allowed. The applicants/ legal representatives of respondent No.1 are permitted to be brought on record.

5] Necessary amendment/s be carried out forthwith.

6] Civil Application stands disposed of.
