2] This is an application filed under Order 22 Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking permission to bring the legal representative of respondent No.1, who is reported to have expired on 16/02/2019, on record by condoning the delay caused in bringing the legal representative on record. 3] Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The appellant is permitted to bring on record the legal representative of respondent No.1 Vasudeo Mahadeo Dhole, by name, Vijay Vasudeo Dhole, on record.
