Present application is for the speaking to the minutes in order dated 20.04.2023.

By order dated 20.04.2023, the respondent No.1 was permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation. However, while passing the order, in para No.4 inadvertently, it is mentioned that the balance 50% of the amount with proportionate accrued interest is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the reference Court instead of to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

In view of that the last line of para No.4 of the said order is to be corrected as "to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial)." 4.

The corrected copy be uploaded. The civil application is disposed of.
