DATED : 07-12-2023 We have perused the impugned communication dated 31-3-2023 which is in the format of show cause notice.

The Assistant Government Pleader has informed that the said notice has attained finality as the order is already passed against the petitioner based on the said notice and remedy of appeal is provided.

He submits that the petition, in view of the aforesaid statement, can be disposed of.

We accept the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader and dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to question the adverse order passed against him as has been claimed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader pursuant to the show notice dated 31-3-2023.
