The application is for modification of order dated 19.04.2023.

Misc. Civil Application was filed for restoration of the appeal. While passing order, this Court directed the appellant to file the paper book and on filing of the paper book, the appeal is directed to be restored at its original stage.

Now, as per contention of the appellant, the matter is likely to be compromised between the parties and it is to be referred to the National Lok Adalat therefore, paper book is not required. Considering the reason mentioned in the application, the condition imposed that filing of the paper book, appeal be restored is modified and following order is passed.

Appeal be restored at its original stage.
