Since the First Appeal is already decided on 22.4.2015 by oral Judgment delivered by this Court, Civil Application No.1306 of 2015 to release the amount of compensation in favour of the claimants is allowed.

It is made clear that if there is no further proceedings against the Judgment and Order passed by this Court, then the claimants may be allowed to withdraw the amount without furnishing security. Otherwise, the Registrar to release the amount accordingly provided security to his satisfaction is furnished.
