CORAM : MANISH PITALE, J, DATED : JULY 19, 2018 This is an application for condonation of delay of 45 days in approaching this Court in order to challenge the judgment and order dated 13.11.2017 passed by the Court below whereby the non applicant has been acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Notice was issued on this application on 26.04.2018, which has been served on the sole non applicant. None appears on behalf of the non applicant. Heard Mr. N. R. Bhishikar, learned counsel for the applicant. A perusal of the contents of the application shows that sufficient ground has been made out by the applicant for condonation of delay. Hence, this application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

The application is disposed of.
