Heard respective counsel.

It appears that by order dated 20.12.2016 Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, Nagpur has already condoned break and granted continuity as also pay protection to petitioner. The period for which petitioner was out of employment is also accepted as continuous service in computing pension.

In this situation, only prayer of petitioner is to direct respondent Nos.5 and 6 to take necessary entries in service book and to forward it to respondent No.4 for further processing.

Advocate Shri Jagtap appears for respondent No.5 and Advocate Shri Chaware appears for respondent No.6. 5.

Respondent Nos.5 and 6 have not questioned order dated 20.12.2016. Hence, we direct respondent Nos.5

2 wp3053.16 and 6 to take consequential steps in terms of order dated 20.12.2016 within next eight weeks and to forward service book of petitioner to respondent No.4 immediately thereafter.

With these directions, we dispose of writ petition. No costs.
