Heard.

The applicant was arrested on 12.04.2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 397 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The robbery complained of is related to an amount of Rs.1400/- and same is recovered from other accused person. The applicant is in jail for the last three months. That being so, I make the following order.

O R D E R

(i) Criminal Application (BA) No.382/2015 is allowed.

(ii) The applicant-Monu s/o Ramu Bokade be released on bail on his executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.5000/-with one solvent surety in like amount. (iii) Applicant shall report to Police Station, Sakoli, Tq.Sakoli, Dist.Bhandara on last Sunday of every month between 11.00 a.m. and 4.00 a.m.
