DATE :- 17th MAY, 2024 By this application, the applicant seeks leave of the Court to travel to Canada and United States of America from 03/06/2024 to 23/06/2024. However, in view of the Look Out Circular issued at the behest of respondent no.3, the petitioner seeks permission to travel accordingly. The petitioner in the instant Writ Petition had earlier sought similar permission for travelling to Turkey for the period from 16/08/2023 to 27/08/2023. By the order dated 11/08/2023, such permission was granted subject to the petitioner paying cost of Rs.50,000/- in view of the order passed in Interim Application No. 1623/1999(Sanjay Dangi vs. Union of India). It is submitted that the said cost has accordingly been deposited by the petitioner. 2.
Considering the fact that permission to travel abroad was granted on 11/08/2023, the petitioner is permitted to travel accordingly to Canada and United States of America for the period from 03/06/2024 to 23/06/2023 on the same terms and conditions as stated in the order dated 11/08/2023.

The application is allowed in terms of the aforesaid order and disposed of.
