On a perusal of the application, the reply filed thereto and on a consideration of the educational qualifications of the parties, the capacity of the parties to work as also the judgment of the Family Court, we direct the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- per month to the applicant-Wife during the pendency of the first appeal as interim maintenance, from August-2015. The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
