2.
These interim applications are filed by the respective petitioners seeking a limited relief of provisionally accepting their examination forms for 1st and 2nd year B.Sc. Nursing examination and permitting them to appear in the said examination which is scheduled in the month of June, 2023. 3.
The issue is about approval of Rgd.
Order 0305wp6645.22 admissions by respondent no.2 - Admission Regulating Authority.
4.
Petitioners have participated in CAP round and are admitted by the Central Authority. On earlier examination, petitioners were permitted to appear for the examinations.
5.
Learned Counsel appearing for the University opposes the applications by stating that each time by virtue of interim application, relief is being sought and therefore, matters need to be finally heard.
6.
Purely looking to the academic interest of petitioners, we deem it appropriate to accede the prayer with a rider that they shall not claim any equity on that ground.
7.
In view of that, prayers made in all these applications are allowed, provided that petitioners shall be ready for final submission on the next date.
8.
We may clarify that petitioners be permitted to appear for the examinations, if they are otherwise found eligible on other criteria. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
9.
List the matters for further consideration on 15.06.2023.
