From the perusal of order passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Bhandara, it is clear that motorcycle used in the crime is to be seized. Custodial interrogation of the accused is necessary. Offences punishable under Sections 376, 363 and 506 of IPC are serious in nature.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the applicant is not entitled for any kind of protection.

In the result, the application is rejected.
