Ms. Radhika Bajaj, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 along with Ms.Kalyani Kalbande, counsel along with Mr. Yogesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submit that the petition is not maintainable, however, in the interest of justice, the respondent nos.1 & 2 are ready to grant inspection of complete record to the petitioner. Similarly, if the other participants also want to have an inspection of record, the respondents shall consider the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also raised a challenge to the tender process but, at this stage, same is not pressed.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by Ms. Radhika Bajaj, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2, the petition is not pressed and disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner to appear before respondent nos.1 and 2 at Mumbai on 13th May, 2024.
