This Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the Appeal which he has filed under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act challenging the termination. Obviously, the School Tribunal shall not be influenced by the ad-interim orders passed by this Court, but shall decide the matters ignoring such order. Needless to say that the School Tribunal shall be bound by any final adjudication done by this Court.
