After hearing learned Counsel for both sides some time, learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh application for temporary injunction by supporting the same with documentary evidence indicating the ownership of the property. 2.

Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

The trial Court to decide the application seeking temporary relief, if filed, in accordance with the law and not only for the reason that such liberty is granted.
