Shri. S. P. Bhandarkar, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that yesterday the concern Sessions Judge has heard the application for pre-arrest bail and the applicants are granted interim protection.

In this view of the matter, at the request of Shri. S. P. Bhandarkar, the learned Counsel for the applicant, the instant application is disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicants to continue to prosecute the pending pre-arrest bail application before the concerned Sessions Judge at Washim.
