The prosecutrix is a woman aged about 58 years with weak mental faculties. There is evidence of last seen as well as immediate disclosure about the offence committed by applicant as stated by several men and women. The evidence being delicate, it would not be proper to release the applicant on bail. Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.384/2015 is rejected.
