The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 148/2020, registered with Police Station, Ramnagar, Chandrapur, for offence punishable under section 420, 467, 468, 471 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

I have protected the purchaser of the plot confirming the interim order dated 28.08.2020 in Criminal Application 399/2020.

The applicant is a witness to the saledeed which is disputed and his contention appears to be that he is only an employee of the applicant - Paramjitsingh Delekke and signed as a witness at the instance of the employer. 5.

Considering the submission, the interim protection granted vide order dated 8.10.2020 is made absolute.
