For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the interim stay as prayed is required to be granted.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause of the application which reads as follows:- "It is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow this application and stay the impugned judgment and decree dated 7.6.2005 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhandara in Regular Civil Suit No. 67/1995 during pendency of the first appeal".
