Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 2.

In paragraph III of the operative order dated 21.12.2022, the words "Deputy Director, Higher Education" shall be replaced by the words "Deputy Director, Education". Similarly, the words "Joint Director, Higher Education" shall be replaced by the words "Joint Director, Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Maharashtra State, Pune". The same shall be done also in paragraphs V and VIII of the operative order. 3.

The order dated 21.12.2022 be corrected accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded.

The civil application stands disposed of.
