Public interest litigation for the very same relief is already pending before this Court and the Court has already issued notice in the said matter i.e. P.I.L. No.164/2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner also does not dispute the said fact. In that view of the matter, we do not find that any purpose would be served by filing multiple number of petitions for the same cause.

The public interest litigation is, therefore, rejected.
