The Investigating Agency has made a complaint that after obtaining interim order/ protection from this Court, the applicant has neither attended Police Station nor has cooperated with the Investigating Agency. As the applicant has enjoyed the protection granted by this Court by the order passed on 3rd May, 2017, it is directed that the applicant shall surrender within three days, failing which note of his conduct shall be taken at all the stages of the proceedings.
