Heard learned counsel of both the sides. Perused replyaffidavit. We find that the petitioner has already offered a substitute surety namely Shri Motiram Pundlik Tupkar.

In this situation, respondents to verify the status of said surety within two weeks and arrange to release the petitioner on furlough after obtaining necessary bonds and undertaking. Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly partly allowed Charges of learned counsel (appointed) are fixed at Rs.1500/-.
