Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent No.5College is not allowing the Petitioner to join the services. The Petitioner has relied on the provisions of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 (for short, "the Act of 1977"). If it is the case of the Petitioner that he is not being allowed to join the services, then it would be a case of otherwise termination, for which an appeal is Lanjewar
45-wp-2507-2020.odt provided under the Act of 1977. Since this remedy is available to the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. In case any issue as regards limitation arises, it is open to the Petitioner to point out to the Tribunal that on 20 August 2020, notice was issued in this Petition.
