The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdarw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court, as the issue as regards title is involved. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate proceedings, as permissible in law and with further liberty to move the Revenue Authorities, in case such occasion arises, after decision in the civil suit.
