After arguing for considerable time, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. As the withdrawal is unconditional, the learned Advocate for the respondent No.1 has no objection, however he submits that exemplary costs be imposed on the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition. However, the petitioner shall pay the costs of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent No.1 and produce the receipt on the record of the District Court within fifteen days, failing which the learned District Judge shall consider it to be non-compliance of the order passed by this Court and pass appropriate orders.
