It appears that this is a case wherein possibility of consent cannot be ruled out. Therefore, I am of the view that the applicant would be entitled to be granted anticipatory bail. Hence, the order.

The application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 06/5/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same condition with the addition of conditions that the applicant shall attend police station, Malegaon as and when required, shall cooperate with the police in investigation and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
