The applicant/appellant has preferred this appeal against the judgment and award passed by the Commissioner under Workmen's Compensation Act and Judge, Labour Court, Buldana in WCA(F) No.2 of 2014, by which the Commissioner has directed to pay compensation of Rs.6,23,940/- alongwith 12% interest.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate Mr Vaishnav for appellant that the appellant has already deposited the amount of Rs.3,11,970/- before the Labour Court towards the deposit of 50%. The appellant further permitted by this Court to deposit remaining 50% of the amount within three months, which will come to an end on 06.05.2023. It is submitted that the appellant will deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- within seven days and balance amount, he will deposit within three months. 3.
Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the appellant is permitted to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- within seven days and balance amount within three TAMBE
2 CAF-1375-2023 months. The appellant would not be entitled for any further extension after the said three months on any count. 4.
The stay granted to be continued till further orders. On failure to comply with above said order, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 5.
