The applicant/appellant has challenged the judgment passed by the Commissioner under Workmen's Compensation Act and Judge, Labour Court, Buldana, thereby directing payment of compensation of Rs.5,91,180/- alongwith 12% interest.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate Mr Vaishnav for appellant that the appellant has already deposited an amount of Rs.2,95,590/- and remaining 50% of the amount, he will deposit within three months, which will come to an end on 06.05.2023. He further submitted that the appellant is a poor agriculturist and after taking best efforts, he could not manage the deposit of 50%. Now, he is ready to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- within seven days and balance amount within three months.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed and the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- within seven days and balance amount within three months. The appellant would not be TAMBE

1 CAF-1376-2023 entitled for any further extension after the said three months on any count.

The stay granted to be continued till further orders. On failure to comply with above said order, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 5.
