The present application is filed by the appellant for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by Insurance Company- respondent No.2. The matter is settled before Lok Adalat held on 11/12/2021. As per the directions, Insurance Company shall pay amount of Rs.80,000/- to the claimant. The amount is deposited by the Insurance Company. As such, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Permission is granted to withdraw the amount.

Registry is directed to disburse the amount in the account of appellant/claimant.
