The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the action of the State Government of not taking decision though the Performance Appraisal Committee had recommended the case of the petitioner. This Court has granted ad-interim relief vide order dated 26.06.2015.

The petitioner would have retired on 30.06.2015. However, on account of ad-interim order there has been no disruption in the services of the petitioner.

Vide Government Resolution dated 22.06.2015, the State has already accepted the recommendations of the Performance Appraisal Committee and had granted extension to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the petition had served its purpose. Writ petition is disposed of as such. Needless to state that respondent no.5 shall submit the pay-bills of the petitioner which shall be sanctioned by respondent No.3.
