DATE : September 29, 2021 Pursuant to the directions issued in Writ Petition No.7976/2017, The Education Officer (Secondary) on 02/03/2020 had granted approval to the up-gradation of the petitioner as fulltime Librarian from 01/08/1999 to 31/03/2018. This was however without grant of any back-wages. It is now informed that pursuant to hearing conducted by the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur an order dated 09/09/2021 has been passed by the said Authority and the order dated 02/03/2020 now stands cancelled. In view of aforesaid the petitioner would be required to challenge the order dated 09/09/2021 in accordance with law if so advised.

In view of compliance with the directions issued in the writ petition, the contempt petition stands dismissed. Needless to state that it is open for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 09/09/2021 on all permissible grounds.
