The present application is filed by respondent no. 2 for grant of permission to withdraw the remaining amount of compensation along with interest thereon and also release the share of respondent no. 1 in favour of respondent no. 2 along with interest thereon, as respondent no. 1 is expired on 14/04/2021. 2.

The application is supported by affidavit and the death certificate is also placed on record.

The First Appeal No. 240/2014 is withdrawn in Lok Adalat on 07/05/2022 by the appellant and the claimants were permitted to withdraw the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest. In view thereof, there is no impediment to allow the present application.

Registry is directed to release the remaining amount of compensation deposited by the appellant company to respondent no. 2 along with accrued interest and also release the share of respondent no. 1 in favour of respondent no. 2 along with accrued interest.
