Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the injury report in respect of the victim. The report shows superficial injuries. It is not in dispute that the charge-sheet has already been filed after completion of the investigation.

In view of above, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.385/2015 is allowed.

(ii) The applicant-Pravin @ Sonu @ Auto s/o Gopalrao Ingle be released on bail in Crime No. 241/2014 for an offence punishable under Section 307, 323, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian

ba385.15 Penal Code, registered with Police Station, Akola on his executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not pressurize the witnesses.
