This application has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the applicant and the non-applicant no.1.

On 04.09.2018, a statement of disclosure was directed to be obtained from Shri Rajendra Parate, Arbitrator who has been included in the panel of Arbitrators of this Court. That statement dated 19.09.2018 has been received in which it is stated that the said Arbitrator does not suffer from any disqualification. In view of aforesaid, the dispute between the applicant and the non-applicant no.1 is referred to Shri Rajendra Parate who is to Act as the sole Arbitrator.

The applicant and the non-applicant no.1 shall deposit process fees of Rupees Five Thousand each and security deposit of Rupees Fifteen Thousand each. Same shall be done within a period of four weeks. Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. JUDGE APTE
