"The counsels for both the parties are present. The appellants are present.
2. The counsels for the parties submit that the dispute has been settled amicably before the Mediator. The letter of coordinator is placed on record, however, the terms of settlement are not placed on record.
3. Registry to verify and process accordingly.
4. Stand over to 15.01.2024."
The terms of settlement have been now placed on record. The learned counsels make a request to dispose of the appeal in terms of the settlement arrived at before the Mediator, which has been signed by the parties, their counsels as also the mediator.
Since the matter has been settled before the Mediator and since the terms of settlement have been signed by the parties and their advocates, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement terms, which are now marked "X" for identification.
The terms be given effect to if there is no other legal impediment.
