Heard Shri S.O.Ahmed, the learned advocate for the applicant/ petitioner.
As the registration has been refused by the learned Registrar, without issuing notice to the nonapplicants/ respondents and accepting the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 51 days is condoned. For the reasons, as stated above, the order passed by the learned Registrar on 13th July, 2015 is set aside and the writ petition is restored.
The petitioner shall remove the office objections within one month, failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court with costs quantified at Rs.One Thousand to be deposited by the petitioner with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur. The CAO and MCA allowed in the above terms.
