Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are inclined to grant liberty to the petitioner to seek expeditious consideration of the application below Exhibit 18 in Regular Darkhast No.1 of 2016 which is pending before the Executing Court. The petitioner is thus free to seek expeditious disposal of the application below Exhibit 18. 2.

Needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the adjudication of either such request or the application below Exhibit 18, he is free to take such steps as are admissible in law for redressal of his grievance. 3.

Keeping all points raised on merits open, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
